I liked the charm of the hotel. Also the location.
I felt the breakfasts were monotamous andinadequate. Fruit is cheap in Mexico and that would have added a lot. They would put out a breakfast buffet on weekends, but that was not for their guests. We were there 12 days with 2 weekends included, and it would have been a nice gesture on their part to allow their guests to partake of that nicer breakfast buffet on weekends. The pool was unheated so not very inviting to an older person.
Friendly service, clean room and facilities.
Location. Spacious lobby.
Some of the rooms needs a total renovation. No iron, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no clock, no hand towels, no wash towels.
Good staffs, good location, historical hotel
Situation in centrum and seaside.
Looby and live music during breakfast..
The area was perfect, right at the malacon. It was clean.
The "included" american breakfast was terrible. It certainly wasn't entirely american except for the eggs. They served something unknown to us in grey colored onion, meat(???) mixture which we didn't find appealing to look at so didn't eat. Our reservation said two double beds, but there was only one. The room was clean.
Hotel Rosita offers a basic clean room with two beds, TV, A/C, shower. I booked a street side room, so no view or balcony. They have a breakfast and pool area. I enjoyed my brief stay. staff are friendly and accomodating.
A comfortable hotel with beach and pool available, and next to the malecon...................open air environment, nice staff, market close by for water and other foods. even a mcdonalds across the street!
breakfasts were not healthy or hot..............no fresh fruit, no cold cerael. breakfast was included in rate but coffee and bread were the only acceptable foods, we chose to order off menu and pay separately.
The place itself is very cute, decoration and staff...
Having the same breakfast every morning for 7 days is not too nice... Eggs, beans, bread, butter and coffee... They gave the option of different dish everymorning as well, one morning chilaquiles, then potatoes and hotcakes.... Anyway... I guess can be more options...
Having a great view of the bay and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. The staff was friendly and the facility was kept spotless at all times.
The desk staff could be more informed about various activities going on in the town to assist a tourist to make the most out of his visit. It would also help if at least one bilingual person was present at all shifts.
we stayed there 34 years ago and its and old hotel quite plus older famiy style loved it.Yes I would stay there again
The hotel and our room was clean and adaquite. The location at the north end of the Malecon was great as far as getting around to a wide variety of things to see and places to eat or dine. The complementary breakfast was adaquate but not gourmet.
Complementary ice meant coming down to the bar and we had to go out and buy a hair dryer for my daughter. Not a big deal as this is budget priced hotel.
Nothin Bad service Breakfast terrible Cheap locks on door Hotel is too run down
Arcitecture of hotel was appealing, bed in 4-S was comfortable, other furniture was excellent, attractive & comfortable shower & bathroom layout, high-quality food in restaurant, friendly staff.
There was no secure place to keep larger items such as a laptop or large camera. A combination safe in each room would be nice.
The staff were friendly and professional, as well as helpful. The location is great for shopping and restaurants, and sight-seeing.
